Create HLW’s first ESG report to communicate the firm’s commitment to sustainability, social impact, and ethical governance.

Approach

Working alongside HLW’s Director of Diversity, I led the visual design and contributed to the writing of the firm’s first ESG report. I translated complex information and data into a clear and engaging editorial experience, developing a cohesive layout and data visualization system aligned with HLW’s visual identity.

The result was a considered and accessible way for HLW to communicate its ESG commitments, progress, and impact.
