Brief

Create a bespoke printed announcement to mark HLW’s move to its new New York headquarters at 5 Penn Plaza.

Approach

To mark HLW’s move from its longtime 5th Avenue home to 5 Penn Plaza, I designed a bespoke 7 × 5-inch tri-fold announcement card. Drawing on the significance of the move and HLW’s long history in New York, the piece was designed as a memorable physical expression of the firm’s next chapter.

Produced in-house and mailed to more than 1,000 clients, the card combined thoughtful print design with a tactile, collectible format to turn a simple office announcement into a distinctive brand experience.
